The enquiry form
The form prepares a draft using your name, business or project name, selected priority and message. Preparing the draft happens in your browser. It does not submit the information to a website database, email service or mailing list.
When you choose “Review in WhatsApp”, your draft is passed to WhatsApp in a link. WhatsApp can process that information when the link opens, before you send the message. We receive it when you send it to our WhatsApp account. Please avoid including passwords, identity documents, buyer lists or sensitive personal details.
Messages you send
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use the information you choose to provide to respond, understand your project, prepare a quotation and manage any agreed work. We start paid work only after you approve the scope and fees. We do not add enquiries to a marketing mailing list automatically or sell enquiry details.
Website visits and third parties
This version of the website does not include analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. Fonts and site images are hosted with the website. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times, to serve and protect the site.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn and your email provider operate under their own policies. See WhatsApp's privacy policy. We do not control how those services handle information.
Access, retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only as needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship or meet applicable obligations. Relevant service providers and collaborators may need information to support agreed work; access should be limited to that purpose. No online service can promise absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared, or stop further contact, using the details above. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained where required by law. You can also choose to contact us directly rather than use the form.
